REFUND POLICY

At PadelDrip, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If your order doesn’t meet the standard of mastery you expected, we are here to make it right.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact the team at contact@padeldrip.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@padeldrip.com. We will evaluate the issue and ensure a replacement or full refund is issued.

4. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
