The London Standard: UK Shipping

PadelDrip is a founder-led brand. To ensure every piece of gear is handled with care and quality, we operate on a 1–2 business day dispatch window.

• Service: All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
• Cost: Free on all UK orders.
• Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, Royal Mail typically delivers within 2 business days. Please allow a total of 3–4 business days from the time of your order for delivery.
• Tracking: You will receive a Royal Mail tracking number via email as soon as your order is packed and ready for dispatch.

EU Shipping

We bring the London grit to the continent. For our European collective, we provide reliable, tracked international shipping.

• Service: Royal Mail International Tracked.
• Timeline: 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Flat Rate: £12.00 (Free on orders over £150).
• Customs & Duties: Please note that EU orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and are handled upon arrival in the destination country.
